Application

This machine is used for dry and wet rubbing color fastness testing of leather, plastics, and textiles. A white wool felt is rubbed back and forth against the surface of the dyed sample under a specified pressure. After a specified number of rubbings, the color fastness of the sample is assessed by observing any color change, fading, and discoloration of the white wool felt. This machine can be used for both dry and wet rubbing tests.
