Electronic Twist Tester

The Electronic Twist Tester is a precision textile testing instrument designed to measure the twist in single, plied, and OE yarns accurately. It supports multiple testing methods including traditional untwist/retwist, Schutz method, and direct untwist method, ensuring reliable results for different yarn types. The microcomputer-based control system with a digital display provides direct readings of TPI, TPM, and TM. With adjustable gauge length up to 50 cm and programmable parameters for twist direction, sample length, and speed, the instrument ensures flexible operation. Application

Electronic Twist Tester is used to determine yarn twist in single or plied yarns, quadrant type with auto stop & reverse for conventional or untwist/re-twist methods. Test length adjustable up to 50cm/20 inches for S & Z twist yarns
