Electronic Trash Analyzer

The Electronic Trash Analyzer is a precision laboratory instrument designed to determine the percentage of trash, lint, and dust in raw cotton, blow room lap, or carding sliver. Operating on the principle of air-current buoyancy separation, it efficiently opens and cleans fibers for further testing. The compact, silent, and non-polluting design includes a spring-loaded finger-type feeder, centrifugal AC motor, and electromagnetic brake for safety and durability. Capable of handling 50–100 g samples, it features micro-dust filtering, a separate suction system, and solid-state control circuitry. Compliant with ASTM D2812 and ITMF standards, it is ideal for textile laboratories ensuring accurate and safe fiber analysis.
