Usage

The falling ball impact tester is an instrument for testing samples of plastics, building materials, ceramics, coatings, acrylic, fiberglass, etc. It uses a steel ball of a specified weight to adjust at a certain height, allowing it to fall freely, and then hits the sample with an instantaneous impact force. The quality is determined by the degree of damage, and the impact energy required to destroy the material is obtained. At the same time, the instrument can also be used to conduct comparative tests on samples of the same material and the same specifications to identify the quality of the material, which can meet the JIS-K6745 and A5430 standards.

Features

This machine adopts DC electromagnetic control. When a steel ball is placed under the electromagnetic suction cup, it will be automatically sucked up. When the drop button is pressed, the suction cup will instantly release the steel ball. The steel ball will perform a free fall test and impact the surface of the test piece. The drop height can be adjusted up and down, and a height scale is attached to know the drop height of the part.
