The Yarn Appearance Board Winder is a precision textile testing instrument used to evaluate yarn appearance, evenness, and defects by winding yarn onto standard black boards. Yarn Appearance Board Winder features a rugged steel body with an ergonomically designed table-top structure for stable operation. The motorized mechanism with stepped pulley and traversing motion ensures uniform winding with selectable yarn spacing. Automatic left-direction wrapping with a preset stopper minimizes manual interference, while variable speed allows testing of fine to coarse yarn counts. Compatible with both rectangular and tapered boards, it supports multiple ends-per-inch standards. Ideal for textile laboratories and quality control departments to visually assess yarn quality and consistency.
