Pilling Viewing Testing Machine

Overview

This pilling assessment observation instrument adopts the EM ISO 12945 standard (all three parts)
and uses the following testing methods:
Part 1: ICI ball box method. BS5811
Part Two: Martindale Method (Revised). SN 198 525
Part Three: Atlas Random Rolling Method. ASTM D3512-95

Testing method

Take out the square on the left side of the tester, place the sample flat in the depression, and place a chart on the right side of the depression for comparison. Observe the sample and graphics card with a line of sight perpendicular to the surface of the sample to determine the level of condition on the surface of the sample.

Operation steps

1. Place the instrument on a flat tabletop.
2. Turn on the power, turn on the power switch, and observe the rating.
