Test Cycle Stages (EN 12875-1 Article 8.3)

  • Drain: Empty the dishwasher with a water pump.
  • Pre-Wash: Fill the dishwasher with water, circulate for 5±0.5 minutes, then drain.
  • Wash:
    • Fill with 6.0±0.5 L of water and 24±3 g cleaning agent per liter.
    • Heat to 60±2°C and circulate for 20±1 minutes.
    • Continue circulation for 3±1 minutes without heating.
  • Rinse:

    • Add fresh water.
    • Circulate for 3±0.5 minutes.
    • Drain the system.
  • Final Wash:

    • Refill with water.
    • Heat circulating water to 65±2°C.
    • Maintain 40–45°C and add 2.5–3.0 g bleach per 6.0±0.5 L of water.
    • Pump circulation continues at 65±2°C.
  • Drying: Store samples inside. Keep the door closed for 3±1 minutes, then open for 30±1 minutes.

Performance Features

  • Real-time water softening module controls hardness (Ca/Mg) between 0.3–0.6 mmol/L, tested per ISO 6059.
  • Fixed water quantity of 6.0±0.5 L for each test. Water pressure ranges from 5 N/cm² to 100 N/cm² (pump lift 0.3–0.4 MPa).
  • Accurate detergent and bleach dosing system for every cycle.
  • Automatic door actuation and cycle repetition for reliability.
  • Customizable programs: users can adjust heating temperature up to 80°C.
  • Automatic alarms after each cycle and at the end of set test runs.
  • Reports: Export raw data or reports via USB. Reports include cycle times, temperature, and water softening records.

Construction and Safety

  • Stainless steel main body for durability.
  • Leakproof bottom tray with drainage pipe to prevent water damage.
  • Door design ensures stability and spray protection; spray stops automatically if the door remains open.
  • Basket design supports heavy cookware:
    • Upper basket up to 10 kg.
    • Lower basket up to 20 kg.

Safety compliance: EN 60335-1 and EN 60335-2-5.

  • Includes backup consumables for easy replacement.
