Structure and composition
This instrument adopts a mechatronic structure that combines a vacuum container, distilled water container, vacuum pump, injection valve, inlet valve, discharge valve, and digital controller. Moreover, its digital control system allows users to program pre-vacuum, holding, and water injection times as required by national standards.
During operation, technicians first prepare and dry the sample until constant weight (m1). Next, they place the sample inside the vacuum container, close the air and drain valves, and activate the vacuum pump. Once the vacuum level stabilizes, the system maintains it for a set time. Then, the machine injects water and later discharges it back to the container. Finally, the user removes the sample, wipes off surface moisture, weighs it (m2), and records the results. Consequently, the tester delivers accurate calculations of ceramic water absorption.
The laboratory should be equipped with relevant instruments
1. Oven which work at work at 110°C±5°.
2. One balance that can weigh accurately to 0.01% of the sample mass
3. Deionized water or distilled water.
Why Choose the Digital Ceramic Water Absorption Tester?
