Paper Crush Tester
Paper Crush Tester is a testing instrument for testing paper ring pressure strength, cardboard edge pressure strength, corrugated cardboard bonding strength, corrugated cardboard flat pressure strength, etc. Paper mills are usually used to test the ring compressive strength (RCT) of paper with a thickness of 0.15 to 1.00 mm. Cardboard, carton factories and carton users are usually used to test the edge compressive strength (ECT), flat compressive strength (FCT), adhesive strength (PAT) and core flat compressive strength (CMT) of corrugated cardboard with a diameter of less than 60mm. The instrument is an ideal auxiliary test tool for papermaking enterprises, cardboard manufacturers, carton manufacturers, carton users and quality supervision and inspection departments.
Features
- Microcomputer processing system, touch screen operation, convenient for users
- Automatic measurement, intelligent judgment of experimental results, automatic return, high degree of automation
- The data is collected by the microcomputer in the pressure value, and its operation speed is high
- Micro-printer print output, convenient for fast data output
- Have the function of power-off protection of test data to ensure the integrity of the experimental data
- Using synchronous motor transmission, the transmission is stable and accurate, making the output pressure more accurate
