NBS Rubber Abrasion Tester
NBS Rubber Abrasion Tester Overview
The NBS Rubber Abrasion Tester is a specialized device designed to determine the resistance to abrasion of vulcanized rubber or other compounds used for the soles and heels of footwear. This Tester operates by placing a test piece on the machine, applying a specific load, and rotating it against sandpaper to assess its wear resistance. It is not recommended for materials thinner than 2.54 mm (0.1 in.). For more information, please Contact with AdLab
Principle
Place test piece on the test machine, add a certain load in order to rotate rubbing specimen of sandpaper, and check its readability.
