ADL-PCT3000A Crush Tester is a touch screen control paperboard crush strength tester produced by our company. The paperboard, carton factory and carton manufacturer are usually used to detect the edge crush strength (ECT) and flate crush strength (FCT) of corrugated board, adhesive strength (PAT) and flate crush strength (CMT), edge compressive strength (CCT) of diameter less than 60mm paper core. The instrument is an ideal auxiliary testing tool for papermaking enterprises, paperboard manufacturers, carton manufacturers, carton users and quality supervision and inspection departments.
Application Range
Paper, cardboard, paper core, base paper
Application Function
Measure RCT of paper 0.10~0.58mm thickness, ECT and PAT for corrugated board, FCT for single flute corrugated board, and CCT & CMT for corrugated paper
Standards
- RCT:GB/T 2679.8、ISO 12192、TAPPI T822
- ECT:GB/T 6546、ISO 3037、TAPPI T839
- FCT:GB/T 22874、ISO 3035、TAPPI T825
- PAT:GB/T 6548
- CMT:GB/T 2679.6、ISO 7263、TAPPI T809
- CCT:ISO 16945、TAPPI-T843
Product Features
- The instrument adopts a high-precision load cell, a ball screw drive, and dual guide shafts to ensure the force value and displacement accuracy of the instrument, and the smoothness of the platen movement.
- The motherboard adopts the latest technology and new design. The CPU adopts 32-bit ARM processor, which improves the processing speed of the instrument and makes the calculation data more accurate and faster
- The 7-inch serial color touch screen, Chinese and English can switch display, and touch buttons make the operation easy to understand
- Automatic measurement, statistics, printing test results, the test data will not disappear when shutdown or power is off
- Real-time display of pressure value changes during the test
- Over-range automatic reset to protect precision sensors
- The thermal printer core eliminates the need for inks and ribbons, noise-free operation, and fast printing speed
- Units can be switched: N, kgf and lbf
- With statistical function, showing average value, maximum value, minimum value, standard deviation and coefficient of variation
- The instrument is equipped with a standard RS232 interface, which can be used with the microcomputer software for communication (optional)
